Poggen Pohl Cocktail Masterclass

Cocktail masterclasses can be a wonderful way to add a fun element to networking events, team-building exercises, or simply to aid in getting to know one another better. When our regular client, luxury kitchen designers Poggen Pohl, asked us for an immersive cocktail making class, we happily obliged!

The masterclass took place in one of their stunning showrooms located in Hampstead. Cocktail equipment, menu cards, and cocktails were carefully chosen to fit seamlessly with the atmosphere and to complement the space. We understood that the attendees were not experienced bartenders, therefore we made the drinks easy and fun to shake. Our guests had the opportunity to make three different cocktails using various mixology techniques like shaking, stirring, muddling, and more. Our experienced team guided the guests, encouraging them to improvise when it came to drink decoration to add their unique twist.

We also assured that guests who did not wish to consume alcohol could still participate in the cocktail masterclass by preparing non-alcoholic alternatives. Menus and equipment were meticulously prepared with care and attention to detail.

For added excitement, guests were introduced to the flavor blaster which adds an aroma bubble to the cocktail. This was a perfect time for taking pictures, socializing, and trying something new. Recipe cards were designed for attendees to take home, allowing them to recreate the cocktails if they wished.
